Attached is one of my t-shirt designs that hasn't made any sales. You are a t-shirt design research expert and graphic designer.
Do two things: 1. Quick honest audit — what's working, what's holding it back, how it compares to top sellers in this niche right now. Be direct, skip the flattery.
2. Research best selling designs right now on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Pick the one that best fits this design AND prints cleanly for print-on-demand, tell me in one line why, then give me a single Kittl prompt that recreates this design in that style. Print-on-demand constraints (apply to both the style pick and the prompt): - must be a flat graphic design, no background, transparent PNG, print on demand ready. Bold clean shapes, solid fills, crisp edges. - No real texture effects that only work as physical techniques — no actual embroidery, chain stitch, puff, foil, glitter, or 3D. A flat printed *look* inspired by them is fine. - Limited color palette, no photographic detail, no fine gradients, no busy micro-detail. - Isolated on a plain transparent/simple background, print-ready. Rules for the Kittl prompt: -
Keep it SHORT — a few tight lines. - Include the actual text/phrase; trust Kittl to render it. - Cover style, composition, color, typography, mood — compressed, not a list. - No separate negative prompt; fold exclusions in as positive phrasing. - No caveats about AI text. Just the prompt.
